name, address or e-mail to anyone. We do not send out
unsolicited e-Mail after your order has been completed, i.e.
Sale Announcements. We will not add you to any kind of
"Mailing" or "Notification" Lists unless you specifically
request it. We just don't give out info about our
customers, period!

OUR PACKAGES will
arrive at your door, or PO Box, in a Plain Brown Box or
packaging. The return address on your
package is from "4th Ave Distributing LLC". Our preferred method for
shipping is UPS Ground and their rates are what your
shipping costs are based on. For alternative shipping,

ON-LINE ORDERING is done through our
Secure Shopping System. Our checkout screen resides on a
SECURE server! All Credit Card info is sent via secure
e-mail and is NOT kept online anywhere. We will not
charge your credit card until we actually ship your order.
We will notify you if we do not have your item(s) in stock
and offer you the option to change your order to something
we do have in stock, cancel your order, or wait until we do
have the order in stock.
If you order an item that must be made to order (ie, cages,
steel items, etc) we will obtain a "pre-authorization" on
your credit card to secure the funds until we are ready to
ship and charge the item.
All credit card charges will appear on your Credit Card
Statement as "4th Ave Distributing LLC, Fort Lauderdale, FL."

RETURNS
are
available for Merchandise Exchange or Store Credit (except
on certain items for obvious reasons). Credits will not be
issued for the shipping charges and exchanges are subject to
additional shipping. All merchandise being returned must be
in new, resalable condition. Shoes must be tried on in a
carpeted area to prevent scuffs on the soles. Refunds will
be considered on an individual basis, but remain at our
discretion. Please e-Mail us for a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA#) prior to sending back your package.
We will always replace any item that is defective or breaks
under normal use for the purpose that it was intended.

DISCOUNTS
are
occasionally offered to our customers. If you receive a
coupon or discount code from us, you must enter it in the
"discount" field when you check out online. Discounts
are calculated by the shopping cart system and therefore
will be evident at check out. We will verify and validate
any discounts prior to actually charging your credit card. We will
review all "discount" codes and will adjust your final total
accordingly. This adjustment will be made PRIOR to
processing your credit card for payment. We will send you an e-Mail with the adjusted total upon review.

ORDER SHIPPING

All orders are assessed a $7.00 base shipping fee

Additional shipping is added on a per item basis based
upon weight.

We generally ship via UPS Ground Delivery, with delivery
in 3-5 business days from the date shipped.

We will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with UPS
tracking number on the day the order is shipped.

All International orders outside the US and including
Canada) are charged the actual cost of postage via US
Postal Service Global Express Service.

If you need overnight or 2nd day delivery, you will be
charged the actual cost of the shipping. You will
need to call or e-mail us immediately after placing the
order to make these arrangements.

Orders to US PO Boxes are shipped via US Postal Service.
A tracking number is not available for these shipments.
We try to ship all orders that are received by 2:00 pm EST
and are in stock that day (Monday-Friday). If you need
to change an order, you need to do it quickly or the order
will already be shipped.
